Terms of Use

1. Identification

Alejandro Rancaño — AR Manual Therapy, Rua do Bonjardim 432, 2c, Porto, Portugal. These terms govern the use of the website alejandromassage.com and the booking of therapeutic massage services.

2. Services provided

AR Manual Therapy provides therapeutic massage, Swedish massage, deep tissue and deep restore services, performed exclusively by a qualified professional. Services are intended for wellness and physical recovery and do not constitute medical treatment.

3. Bookings and cancellations

Bookings are made via WhatsApp or the contact form. We ask that cancellations or rescheduling be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows without prior notice may result in a partial charge for the session.

4. Payment

Payment is made at the end of each session, in cash or by bank transfer, as agreed. Stated prices include all applicable taxes.

5. Contraindications

By booking a session, the client declares they have no medical contraindications to massage. If in doubt, we recommend consulting your doctor. AR Manual Therapy reserves the right to refuse or interrupt a session for safety reasons.

6. Liability

AR Manual Therapy is not responsible for specific results from sessions. Therapeutic massage is a complement to well-being and does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — texts, images, logo and design — is the exclusive property of AR Manual Therapy. Reproduction without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

8. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Porto.
